With a total area of 2200 sq. ft. and a seating capacity of up to 120 guests in theatre style, Sanman Banquet Hall offers three versatile spaces: Hall 1 (1600 sq. ft., 90 pax), Hall 2 (600 sq. ft., 30 pax), and Hall 3 (2200 sq. ft., 120 pax). The venue features a 10’ x 15’ stage, a 550 sq. ft. separate buffet area, and is fully equipped with modern amenities including full air-conditioning, a professional sound system, microphone and speakers, and power backup to ensure smooth and uninterrupted events. Confirmation of the venue is subject to advance payment at the time of booking.
Occupancy of the hall will be permitted only 15 mins prior to the schedule time.
Decoration if required, to be done in schedule time only.
Any additional requirements other than the mention facilities in the agreement will be charged extra.
Extra usage of venue beyond the schedule time would be extra on hourly basis.
The use of sound system in the venue shall be as per government norms. Disturbance to the neighbourhood should be avoided.
The customer should confine activities to the specified areas only. Use of reception area is strictly prohibited.
Limited car/bike parking facility is provided purely on first come first basis.
We do not provide facility for serving or crockery. The customer should make their own arrangements for the same.
Any damage to the venue and its facility by the customer, their guest or their vendors will be borne by the customer.
Power generator charges will be charged on hourly basis.
AC will be switched off 15 minutes prior the end time.
